Effective March 25, 2026, Pier Two Holdings Pty Ltd has been wholly acquired by Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc (NYSE: BMNR).

[Bitmine](https://www.bitminetech.io/)<https://bitmine.com/> is a Bitcoin and Ethereum Network company focused on the accumulation of crypto for long term investment. Bitmine is the largest Ethereum Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) company in the world, and the second largest DAT in the world.

Bitmine’s Chairman, [Tom Lee](https://x.com/fundstrat), has announced the upcoming launch of the company’s proprietary staking platform, Made in America Validator Network (MAVAN), set for early 2026. We are thrilled to join Bitmine and to become part of the MAVAN platform.

We believe MAVAN will be the largest institutional staking service provider on the planet. This acquisition will have no impact on day-to-day operations, and customers can expect the same high-quality service and experience moving forward.

[MAVAN](https://www.prnewswire.co.uk/news-releases/bitmine-immersion-technologies-bmnr-announces-launch-of-mavan-made-in-america-validator-network-the-companys-proprietary-staking-solution-302724452.html) is operational and open for business to continue to serve you.
